Our Senior Advocate, Tiffany Herron-Lumpkin is a highly experienced special education advocate, with over 19 years of experience. Recognized as one of the leading advocacy experts, her expertise is based upon complex cases work including: Autism, ADHD/ADD, Behavior Intervention, Specific Learning Disabilities and Gifted Education. Our mission is to continue to strive to be one of the most insightful education consultants working today… determined to fight the needs of your child.

IEP

In some cases, a hands-on consultant and behind the scenes Advocate who provides education consulting throughout the school year could be the place to start. We offer services such as Attending IEP Meetings, consulting with and assisting parents in the preparation of designing programs, impartial reviews of assessments and drafting of other IEP related documents.

The right to a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in a Least Restrictive Enviroment (LRE) belongs to all students and there are laws governing those rights. The Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), No Child Left Behind, American with Disabilities Act, Section 504 are some of the laws which govern education. Knowing what your rights are under these laws and how to execute them can help you and your student receive the accommodations to enhance the education received.
